Ceylon Cinnamon, “True Cinnamon”, is from Sri Lanka with a lighter taste containing citrus and clove notes. This cinnamon is preferred in Europe and Mexico over Cassia Cinnamon. The light, intricate flavor of Ceylon Cinnamon makes it the cinnamon of choice for dishes that do not have a lot of conflicting flavors. Perfect for your custards, cinnamon ice cream, Dutch pears, stewed rhubarb, steamed puddings, dessert syrups, or mixed into whipped cream.
