Neutralizers
Shades 0.11, 0.22 and 0.33 are used as neutralizers.
It neutralizes unwanted reflections on the hair by providing cold tones.
It is used together with Igora Royal Hair Color, it is not applied directly to the hair.
Use a non-metal mixing bowl and a mixer to prepare the mixture.
Choose the oxidant suitable for the process you will apply.
5% (3g) of the selected dye for hair at level 8-9
15% of the selected dye for hair at level 6-7 (9g)
For hair levels 1-5, add 25% (15g) of the selected dye to the dye mix.
Add oxidant equal to the total amount of dye and neutralizer.
Apply the dye according to the application instructions of the dye you are using.
